Panasonic HHC

The Panasonic HHC is a kind of large handheld computer. As shown in the photo is has a small thermal printer that plugs into the side. The keyboard has a QWERTY layout to it, and the ROM has built in calculator software and a typewriter program that prints to the thermal printer. The HHC aslo has a compartment underneath that opens to reveal a set of ROM sockets which I imagine are for adding software or memory. It seems to have built in rechargeable battery packs that charge when the AC adapter is plugged into it. I would imagine that this unit is programmable in basic or a proprietary language but I wont know for sure until I find some documentation for it. It also has the ability to hook up some sort of a tape drive to load/save files. This is a very impressive vintage handheld and a must for anyone who collects older machines like these. I have an extra one available forsale or trade, it works fine but the rechargeable batteries inside the printer will need to be replaced because they are too weak for the printer to work properly and they will barely hold a charge.
