Atari Portfolio Palmtop

The Atari Portfolio is a really neat little device. It has an 80c88 processor and runs DIP-DOS from ROM which is Atari's version of MS-DOS. It looks & feels like MS-DOS as well as runs MS-DOS programs. It has a memory card slot for proprietary storage cards, and an expansion port where you can hook up a serial or parallel port replicator. I have managed to dial into my internet provider with this unit, the serial port replicator, and an external modem. Worked like a charm. Nice little unit, it's kind of odd to think that Atari made anything even halfway compatible with anything else. But they did and it rocks. :)

I have documentation on hand for the Atari Portfolio so e-mail me if you have any questions that I can reference for you.
